What we do
We process the ore through a production chain structured in the following stages:

Stage 01
Our mining model combines two sources of ore supply.
The first comes from our own operations in the Minera Yanaquihua concessions, where we run a semi-mechanised underground operation. We work with battery-powered electric scoops and dumpers.
The second is the collection of ore produced by the artisanal miners who operate in our area of influence, under an ore supplier due diligence scheme that guarantees the traceability of the material acquired.

Stage 02
Once the ore enters our treatment plant, it goes through crushing and grinding that reduces it to uniform particles of less than 8 mm, ensuring the right conditions to extract the precious metal efficiently.

Stage 03
The ground ore enters our processing plant, where we treat it using the carbon-in-pulp (CIP) method.
First, the pulp moves into the agitation tanks of the leaching circuit, where the cyanide solution dissolves the gold contained in the ore.
It then advances to the tanks of the adsorption circuit, where the activated carbon captures the dissolved gold.

Stage 04
The activated carbon loaded with gold-bearing material moves to our desorption plant, where we immerse it in a caustic soda and cyanide solution to release the metal from the carbon and generate a gold-rich solution.
That solution then goes through electrodeposition, where the dissolved gold adheres to a cathode, allowing it to be recovered in solid form.
05
Stage 05
Finally, in the smelting process we produce the doré, the recovered metal that is our final product.
Doré bars are a polymetallic alloy of gold, silver and copper, ready for commercialisation in the international market.

By integrating minerals from small-scale producers, we implement control systems that guarantee the physical and legal traceability of the mineral throughout the entire production chain.
